PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take your privacy very seriously and your submission of personal information is NEVER passed on to third party companies.

ORDER PAYMENTS

Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. Once your order has been placed you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved. By submitting an order to use through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order. Unfortunately, during sale period we will be unable to accept discount codes on the website and in store.

CLIENTS/SELLERS

DIGITAL LAUNCH

You pay a starter fee of 60GBP. You get one free digital (font-based) design, placed on the item of your choice, as well as a free (physical) sample of your item, shipped out to you, to wear and self-promote! You also get one month’s free from subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION

Your monthly subscription fee is either 12GBP or 50GBP and is to be paid on the 1st of every month. You are not tied into a contract, it’s month-to-month so you can pause or cancel at any time.

Selling your merch via Sina Worldwide offers an awesome opportunity, as you’ll be saving a ton compared to the cost of your own online store. Once you have paid for a month however, your items will remain on the site for the duration of that month and you will not receive a refund of that current month’s subscription fee.

Failure to pay on the 1st of the month, will mean that your Collections page will be made non-visible until payment has been received. If payment has not been received by the 3rd of the month, your page will be removed and you will have to pay your starter fee again. Late payment and cancellation fees may apply.

Profit payments can can only be made if your membership is live and payments are up-to-date  otherwise, your profit payment will be placed on hold and paid on the 10th of the month you decide to re/activate your membership.

FEES

New, future (font-based) designs will be charged at 10GBP per design and uploaded onto your garment of choice. To upload an existing design to an item is just 5GBP.

If you would much prefer to stand out, make a splash and have a unique design created for your merch, our design team will be more than happy to assist. This will cost 100GBP or 10% off when you purchase WITH the starter fee.

You will be notified within 24 hours of receiving a customer order of your item(s) on our site. We aim to ship your orders out within 1-4 days of order receipt, subject to stock availability. This is faster than many drop shipping companies.

When you make a sale, you keep all the profits after cost postage and transaction fees. Stripe and PayPal fees are split 50/50 between sinaworldwide.com and yourself. And round up to the closest decimal.

If you require photography for your social media, images of your merch can be taken and prices starts from 2GBP, depending on which membership you join.

Larger prints and designs that are over two colours will be more expensive, so make sure you include these details in the notes section when placing your order.

PRINTING COSTS

All pricing is based on a one or two colour print, with minimal print complexity. If you require branded size labels inside the garments, please add 1GBP to the unit cost.

CUSTOMER EXCHANGES

If you authorise the return of a product, in exchange for another product, at no cost to the customer, the price of the original item will be deducted from your total profits for the coming coming month. If the item is then sold, to another customer, then this deduction is erased.

DELIVERY AND RIGHTS

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. 
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt.

Returns

We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 7 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

The cost of the return will be with you, the buyer.
