What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, y’all! All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and leaves from London UK. Please allow between 1-5 days for UK deliveries and between 4-14 days for International shipments, depending on choice of shipping and what part of the world the items are being shipped to.

What delivery options do you offer?

All orders are sent out using Royal Mail Standard delivery. This is a reliable, untrackable option, in order to save you on shipping fees, but you can however, upgrade your shipping to tracked, if you would like your item(s) faster and/or with the ability to track it’s whereabouts.

This can be done after your order has been placed. Simply email us with your Order reference and we’ll bill you for the difference in shipping price.

What is your returns policy?

We really hope you love every item you purchase from our brands, however, if you do need to make a return, you’re welcome to do so within 21 days of receipt and we can offer a store credit to the value of your returned item(s). This can then be put towards a future purchase. All items purchased MUST be unused and unworn and in a resalable condition.

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange for credit.

The cost of the return will be the sender’s responsibility.

Why won’t my dicount code work?

Discount codes have expiry dates, so make sure that you are using an up-to-date code. Any further issues, please contact us.

If an item sells out, will you restock?

Some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly, however, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated!
